In this captivating YouTube travel vlog, we ventured to the stunning Playa Akumal, nestled in the Mexican state of Quintana Roo. Our journey began as we entered through Tsuuk Akumal Parque National, a serene park celebrated for its thriving population of sea turtles. This area not only serves as a sanctuary for these magnificent creatures but also stands out as a major snorkeling destination, drawing enthusiasts from around the globe.
While the allure of snorkeling in the crystal-clear waters of Playa Akumal was tempting, we chose to pass this time, having already indulged in extensive underwater exploration at Yal Ku Lagoon in the preceding days. Our experience there had provided us with incredible encounters and memories, paving the way for a more relaxed beach day.
Despite foregoing the snorkelling adventure, our time at Playa Akumal was nothing short of delightful.
